Using RPG in the process of education

Lately almost every coach in the various fields of interest, it uses as a way of designing their role-playing skills. Some people agree with the help of RPG for the learning, but many people find themselves uncomfortable with this method, the feeling of discomfort when you try to be someone else, identifying the RPG games as children's games. Why the coach should consider many different aspects before he tries to use this method to avoid the possibility of unpleasant results of their training.

It is one of the essential elements to make sure that the group is ready to play RPG. Many times, many instructors do not give a thought about this, so their training did not fully succeed. Only a few groups are ready to play RPG on the first day of working together.
